Wheels & Tires from 2008 Honda Ridgeline

This set of wheels/tires just came off a 2008 Honda Ridgeline. Wheels are original equipment. Tires were purchased in 2016 at Discount Tire.
4 tires mounted and balanced on 17x7.5 Honda chrome mag wheels.

Tires: 245/65R17 Michelin Defender LTX M/S
Wheel Size: 17" x 7.5", 5x120, ET45,
with 15 lug nuts M14 x 1.5 (Sorry, I need 5 for the spare tire)

Tires are older but all show 5mm of tread left with cracking appearing on the sidewalls - all manufactured in 2015 (3 are 45/15 and 1 is 38/15)
Wheels look to be structurally good but significant coating failure.
