Vintage floral print tulle, tea length dress, approximately 35 years old. By Watters and Watters. Made in USA. Tag is marked size 10 but this dress has been altered smaller… Bust 34 inches, waist approximately 26 to 27 inches. In very good, clean condition. Wear it on or off the shoulder. Gathered bodice, zipper works perfectly. Skirt has lining with two layers of tulle on top. A section of tulle near left hem has a piece missing but it blends with skirt fullness and is not a major factor. From no smoke home. Pick up near Rt 59 and I 88. ** I HAVE MORE PHOTOS
